At Osvald Jensen A/S, we have many years of experience in the production of gears. We manufacture gears up to module 2.5 with a maximum diameter of ø150 mm and consider ourselves experts, especially in the smaller modules. Our gears are produced for a wide customer base across Denmark, where we deliver reliable quality and precision to a variety of industries.

At Osvald Jensen A/S, we are probably Denmark's only manufacturer of small gears in the smallest modules, and we supply components that require maximum precision and durability. We can also manufacture high-quality belt pulleys designed to meet the specific requirements of modern machines and applications. With our many years of experience and advanced production equipment, we can supply belt pulleys in different sizes and materials to ensure optimal performance and longevity, even under demanding conditions.
One of our key functions is to manufacture gears and worm wheels, so it's natural that we have a wide range of gear milling machines. Our machinery includes fully automatic gear hobbing machines, internal gear hobbing machines, bevel gears and shell milling machines.

Our product range
We produce a large number of small gears and worm gears on an annual basis. Many of them run unmanned in 24-hour operation on our machines.
We offer both standard and customized solutions, and our production capacity ranges from prototypes to mass production, where large series are manufactured fully automatically around the clock.
