When customers approach us, we start by listening and understanding their situation. This can range from clear requests to more open inquiries where the need is not yet fully defined.
We work closely with the customer to identify and understand their challenges and needs. Through a thorough analysis and dialog with the customer, we clarify the specific requirements and possible solutions.
