Small augers up to module 2.5.

At Osvald Jensen A/S, we produce worms in a wide range of materials, and our choice of material and possible finishes is based on both our many years of experience and advanced calculation tools. We use surface treatments such as nitriding and hardening to increase the performance and durability of the parts. These processes ensure the optimal balance between hardness and corrosion protection, enabling our products to deliver maximum functionality and longevity even under the most demanding conditions.

24-hour operation
We produce a lot of small augers on an annual basis. Many of them run unmanned in 24-hour operation on our machines.
After possible heat treatment to HRc 58, we can shell mill the worms to grinding grade 6, which can be documented to ensure high precision and reliability.
We offer both standard and customized solutions, and our production capacity ranges from prototypes to mass production, where large series are manufactured fully automatically around the clock.
